  • We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.

  • All deliveries are fully insured, allowing 24 hours for you to report any damages upon delivery.

 


 

📦 Damaged or Faulty Goods

✅ Inspection Upon Delivery (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • Please inspect all goods within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

  • Failure to report any damages within 24 hours may void your eligibility for return or replacement, especially for fragile items such as:

    • Toilets

    • Baths

    • Vanities

    • Ceramic products

❌ Responsibility for Goods

  • Once the goods are in your possession, you are responsible for their condition.

  • We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items damaged while in your care.

📸 Return Approval Process

  • Return requests will not be approved unless you provide clear photos of the damaged goods.

  • This allows us to assess the condition before the courier picks up the item.

🔧 Installed or Used Items

  • Do not install or use the product if you intend to return it.

  • Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned.

🔍 Inspection Before Refund

  • All returned goods will be inspected by our team before a refund or replacement is processed.

  • Vanity Units, Mirrors & Shaving Cabinets

  • Stone & Acrylic Baths

    • Exception: Ovia Acrylic Baths may be returned in original packaging, subject to 15% restocking fee

  • Concrete Basins and Specialty Products

    • Includes: OMVIVO, Madu Living, Pietra Bianca, Timberline, ADP

  • Custom, Non-stocked & Made-to-order Products

  • Stone, Solid Surface, Silica-Free & Hardwood Slabs

  • Products with missing or significantly damaged packaging, including skids/pallets

  • Commercial quantities & project orders

    • May be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, restocking fees apply

  • Clearance items (Final Sale)

    • No returns or refunds

    • Warranty still applies as per supplier terms

 


 

📦 General Return Conditions

  • Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included

  • Returns must be pre-approved, and we reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our conditions
